Description of Service

SnapChart.io is a web-based platform that provides AI-powered analysis of trading charts. Users can upload or paste candlestick chart images, and our artificial intelligence system generates comprehensive analysis including fundamental outlook, technical analysis, sentiment overview, and trading plans. The Service utilizes OpenAI's GPT-4 API to generate these analyses and insights.

Important Disclaimers

User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

SnapChart.io offers subscription-based plans with the following terms:

• •Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• •Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
• •Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• •Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your paid period.
• •Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days notice.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SnapChart.io and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

• •Your Content: You retain ownership of the chart images you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, process, and store your images solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
• •Generated Analysis: The AI-generated analysis and trading plans are provided for your personal use only and may not be redistributed or resold.
• •Trademarks: SnapChart.io name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of SnapChart.io and may not be used without permission.

Third-Party Services

Our Service uses OpenAI's API to generate chart analyses and trading insights. By using SnapChart.io, you acknowledge that your uploaded chart images will be processed by OpenAI's systems. OpenAI's terms of service and privacy policy apply to this processing. We are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or availability of OpenAI's services or any other third-party services we integrate with.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

Indemnification

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe:
